If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly through our website by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section. For payment tracking, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

If you wish to cancel your order before making a payment, simply do so within your cart before checking out. Once you’ve completed the checkout process and received a confirmation, the order is processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance with canceling an order that’s in progress.

Make sure the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returns are processed as soon as we receive them.
