Return Eligibility
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item?
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the instructions provided. You’ll need your order number and the items you wish to return. After submitting your return request, we will send you a return shipping label.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on items that are unworn and in original condition. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply follow the return process, and once we’ve received the returned item, we’ll ship out the new one (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards or final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
For domestic returns, we cover the cost of return shipping. For international returns, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
