Before Payment

You may cancel your order before completing the payment process by simply removing items from your cart or closing your browser window. If you have already made a payment but wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is processed.

After Payment

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to initiate a return once it arrives.
